Terms of Service for Little Foray

So that you have a safe and pleasant experience at Little Foray, we have a number of house rules and standard policies which we ask you to be aware of prior to your visit. We want you to enjoy your visit to the full and come back with joy in your heart, so here’s everything you need to know to prepare for your ultimate Little Foray experience. We wish you an enjoyable visit!

House Rules

  •  Arrive promptly, ideally 5 minutes before for your appointment
  •  Provide 24 hour’s notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you may be charged 30% of the treatment fee.
  • No shows will be charged 50% of the service fee
  •  Our prices, treatment descriptions and information may be subject to revision without notice if we feel this is appropriate.


Client Conduct

The stylist / therapist reserves the right to stop the appointment at any time if she/he feels that the client’s behaviour is inappropriate.

Children

We regret that children under the age of 16 we are unable to offer any beauty treatments for, the exception is for Ear Piercing. Parental consent is required for all treatments performed under the age of 16.

Gift Vouchers

Little Foray regrets that we cannot take any responsibility for lost gift cards so please look after them and ensure that they are presented at the time of your treatment – regrettably we make no exceptions to this policy. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. Exceptions may apply for special gift voucher offers. See separate terms and conditions for details.

Patch Testing

As a company, with the best interests of our customers at the top of our agenda, we must adhere to our manufactures guidelines to ensure the safe practice of all treatments. We require all clients to have a 48hr patch test prior to colouring services, chemical peel treatments and lash/brow tints and treatments.

Medical Information 

Please inform our team of any current or previous medical conditions or allergies you may have or had that may be affected by any of the services on offer at the time of reservation. If you have any doubts, please consult your doctor for advice and we may request you provide their advice in writing.

Contraindications 

We do not recommend waxing or facials directly before or after any form of heat treatment. To gain maximum benefits from essential and aromatherapy oils, we suggest you avoid showering for 3-4 hours after treatments using these and even leave the oils on overnight if you can. Avoid drinking alcohol after a massage and ensure you drink plenty of water following the detoxification treatment.

If you have any allergies, particularly to nuts, seafood or wheat, you may be asked to take a patch test prior to any skin treatments. If you suffer from skin sensitivity, severe contact eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis we may ask you to take a patch test prior to any skin treatments.

We do not recommend pedicures if you suffer from athletes foot, verrucae or fungal infections. A patch test will be carried out for some of our treatments if, you are a first time client, have a change to your medical history or have an interval of 6 months between treatments we will need to carry a new patch test out inline with our guidance and insurance requirements.

Pregnancy

We regret cannot accept anyone within their first Trimester for any beauty treatments. For treatments after 3 months, please make your pregnancy known to our team when booking your appointment.

BLACK FRIDAY £150 VOUCHER FOR £100 OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. There are a limited number of vouchers available. Once the limit has been reached, the link to purchase will not be available on the website.
  2. Vouchers are valid from January 1-March 31, 2026.
  3. Vouchers can be redeemed against all skin clinic and beauty services, excluding aesthetics and nails.
  4. Little Foray regrets that we cannot take any responsibility for lost gift cards so please look after them and ensure that they are presented at the time of your treatment – regrettably we make no exceptions to this policy.

  5. If the cost of your chosen treatment exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid at the appointment.

  6. No change is given for treatments of lower value, but remaining credit will stay on the voucher until the original expiry date.

  7. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  8. The salon reserves the right to amend or withdraw treatments included in voucher packages but will offer an equivalent alternative.

BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry).
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Entries must be made manually by an individual using a genuine Instagram account. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period: Opens on 19 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 1 December 2025. Entries made after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize: One £150 Skin Clinic Voucher, valid between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026, redeemable against any Skin Clinic treatment. No cash alternative. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 48 hours of the closing date, using an independent random draw generator.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @littleforay account. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected. Entrants’ Instagram accounts must be public at the time of the draw so entries can be verified.

8. Data Protection: Personal data supplied for this promotion will only be used to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize, and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Publicity: By entering, entrants agree that their first name and/or Instagram handle may be used when announcing the winner.
