How the Flex rental Programme Works

Arranging your Dermalux® Flex device is simple! Call or email the salon to arrange your free consultation and start the rental process. You will need to pick the device up and drop back after your chosen rental period.

Safety First

While LED is safe and non-invasive, certain conditions should refrain from Dermalux® treatment.

We recommend that clients who have any of the following conditions SHOULD NOT undergo Dermalux® treatment:

Epilepsy or Seizures triggered by light
Photosensitive disorders (e.g.Photosensitive Eczema)
Metabolic disorders such as Porphyria
Autoimmune disorders such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
Hypomelanism (Albinism)
Active Cancers
Use of Photosensitive Medication

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Bookings, including those made online, cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, will be charged at 50% cost of the booked appointment.
